What Should I Eat?

Can someone tell me what's going on in my body? You people on paleohacks are definitely smarter than me.

When should I eat? When should I fast? When should I work out? What foods will make me feel good? What foods will make me feel bad? How do I make my body match an arbitrary image of who I ought to be? What should my macronutrient ratios be? Am I more comfortable sleeping on a hard surface or a soft one?
