After all, it is rare for an individual to have Triglycerides less than 100 :)

Not a mistake, just a wrong application of the Friedewald formula which is okay for Trigs > 100, but way off when Trigs < 100. It assumes that everything not HDL and Trigs is LDL, but does not account other things.

LDL 159 calculated incorrectly, using Iranian formula for trigs < 100 it is more close to 137. The ratios of Total, Trigs and LDL to HDL look awesome.

Total cholesterol of 200-240 has lowest risk of all cause mortality.

Your HDL is high and your triglycerides are low, this is good. Low triglycerides means your LDL is most likely large and fluffy, so not atherosclerosic.
