Stepping it up a notch (more advanced lifestyle changes?)

Hey guys,

I'm looking to step up my Paleo lifestyle a notch. I've done a whole bunch already - diet, minimalist footwear/barefoot, no alarm clock, etc. Are there any good books aimed at people already in the Paleo community who want to turn it up to 11? If no books, are there some good online resources that tackle it from this perspective, rather than aiming at beginners? Thanks!

Stepping it up a notch would definitely mean getting to the root of your food sources. If you don't hunt, fish, or garden, now would be the time.

If you want a hardcore experience about the possible lifestyle changes you could do for better I guess you'll find what you want and more in Jack Kruse's Epi-Paleo protocols. For sure!
