Why a "BAB" on Dr. Kruse's Leptin RX when other Leptin plans say "no large meals"

Hi! I have been doing Dr. Kruse's Leptin RX for about a week and a half now and LOVE it! The way it takes away hunger and cravings is a dream come true for me! Thank you Dr. Kruse!

My question is about the BAB (which I LOVE!)... A couple other Leptin reset plans/diets that I've seen say that it is bad to eat large meals when trying to reset leptin sensitivity. Why does Dr. Kruse recommend the big breakfast and why is it not a problem when resetting leptin sensitivity? I have recommended the Leptin RX to friends and when they do research on leptin they come back with some other plan that they are going to follow that tells them that they cannot eat large meals. Some clarification would be very helpful in forming my response to them! Thank you!
