Leptin Resistance - Calling on the Masters
Created September 30, 2011 at 4:08 PM
Rosedale, Kruse and Richards all have theories/recommendations for reducing leptin resistance. What are the differences between these three methods and the advantages or disadvantages of a particular method? Feel free to supply clinical data and/or other cites.

This fella speaks of leptin, too. Anyone know of his work?
Yeah, that might be interesting but I think he'd have a hard time beating Dr Jack's leptin reset.
Excerpt from a review by Dr Alex Shvartsman "He vilifies red meat and endorses grains, especially whole whet , which is highly inflammatory. while there is no doubt that this diet is much better than the typical American diet it falls very short for me. I threw the book out." I lost interest in his book at that point.
he can chime in here if he wants to.
It doesn't look like in the provided link that he is doing anything with leptin except name-dropping. Everyone knows it is big right now, so what? I would like to know if he has something additional to say about it.

An evaluation of the similarities/commonalities would be as useful as one of the differences.
