Is it less than 25g or 50g of carb daily to reset leptin sensitivity?

I've read both numbers and would like to know which it is since that is a considerable difference to me. I usually stay VLC.

Recommendations like that will never work. Ever. There is no magic in some arbitrary amount of carbohydrate or anything else. It wholly depends upon the individual - what you've eaten up till now, how heavy you are, how old, how active, how often you eat, etc.
