Leptin Reset, Meal and Exercise Timing, Sex Insomnia

I'm gearing up for a leptin reset and have some questions. I've read through the FAQs on Jack's site and a few forum posts, but I don't the patience to read through all of the twiddly comments of the 500 page MDA forum. How much should I limit my bulletproof coffee? I have dogs that need to be walked 30-45 min 1-2 times a day. What time do I do this? Having sex at night ALWAYS makes me wake up in the middle of the night for a few hours. What causes this and how do I fix it? (Calling my husband home from work for an afternoon "plumbing issue" isn't always practical) I usually eat bacon, eggs, steak, or lamb for breakfast...not 50g of protein worth but doing that won't be a problem. What else is good for breakfast? As always, thanks for the help!

correction: Having UNSATISFYING sex at night keeps you up. Satisfaction causes the release of prolactin, which helps us feel relaxed. Demand yourself some satisfying sex or smoke a cigarette instead.
