The Quilt has a lot of novel ideas, what do you think of them? Excerpt: "WHAT CHANGES SHOULD I CONSIDER AFTER THE LEPTIN RX RESET?
If you are active, drop all of the top ten paleo supplements I mentioned in that blog. They were only meant for the transition from a sugar burning metabolism to a fat burning furnace as the permanent paleo template takes flight. If you are not active, I would strongly consider you remain on PQQ and vitamin D3. Try to optimize your vitamin D levels to 70-100 ng/mL.
If you decide to Intermittent Fasting do not skip breakfast ever. It is the key to circadian congruity and optimal body composition. You will see below how this determines body comp and not the amount of exercise one does."

I found his new essay very powerful. Honestly, I plan to read it several days in a row and just let it sink in.
I'm currently eating my one meal of the day sometime between late morning to early evening. I won't rule out making changes based on Quilt's thoughts, but I'm preserving all options at this point.

My wife and I have been on the paleo diet for nearly two years. Almost every day we see an article from some nutritional "expert" explaining why this is a horrible thing to do to our bodies. It always contains a quibble about what cavemen really ate, and a total lack of studies showing what happens when we give up bagels, croissants and fritos. Sooner or later, the truth will come out. In the meantime, I got an ebook from http://fast-weight-loss-diets.net and we are testing and waiting for results.
