Okay so I am almost 13 and have really fat and ugly legs. They are 23 inches and I have some cellulite on the back of them which makes them even more gross looking. And I do workout daily, but they're still flabby. What can I do

Although, body fat is good and healthy. But having fat in particular areas such thighs, buttock and legs can cuase problem. The fat cells which are responsible for legs fat are Intramuscular fat and Subcutaneous fat. Leg fat can be genetic, fat tissues, wrong exercise (walking on the balls of your feet i.e. bearing weight on the toes).
Now, what to do to get rid of fat legs:
Aerobic exercise: One of the best aerobic exercises for the legs is cycling. it is important to choose an appropriate exercise to burn fat.
Strengthen Muscles: squats, calf raises and leg lifts.
Reduce Calories intake: have food which is low in calories.
There is no magic diet to get rid of leg fat, but watching what you eat can help. Before making significant dietary changes, you should talk to your doctor or dietitian. Good luck.
