what should my diet and exercise plan be??

If all i care about is body composition not health what should my diet exercise plan and lifestyle be?

How can you expect results if you don't care about your health? healthy body = better body composition. period.

Lift weights (bench, squat and deadlift) and do sprints. Eat one gram protein per lb lean body mass. Consume whey powder. Still possible to be Paleo and do this and have great health. (Whey is not Paleo but lots of folks take it).

jk, but you asked. Why are you putting health aside for this question? I think if you are as healthy as possible it will only help get the physique you desire.
