recommendations @ Ketogenic

Hey guys,

I'm into paleo for about 2+ years, for about a year more strict Ketogenic. Working out in BJJ and lately also strength High intensity trainings. Here are my blood test (it's in Israel so be aware for the metric system) :)

The doctor said I need to drink more water (because of my Leucocytes) and of course the normal nonsense about LDL & Cholesterol. My local paleo-fellas in Israel thinks I should drink more & take B12. Any recommendations ?

I'd test for LDL-p with NMR and see where you fall on the chart. If you're on the upper-end with a stable weight after being on this diet for over a year, perhaps you could try dialing back your SFA / cholesterol intake / fat macros (or other diet / lifestyle modifications) to find a compromise with the numbers for follow-up testing.
