Genetic testing

Ok so real simple - since 23andme doesn't give health data anymore... what's the best place to get genetic testing done? I have known AI issues and been healing that but I want to get a look at my genes and see if I have somethign weird like the MTHFR gene that tells me I need to be supplementing with certain vitamins.

Also if anyone can find a link to a list of complete blood work (i'm probably going to just do a wellnessfx but i'd like to run it through my doc for insurance purposes as well as I need a physical since i can't find a functional medicine doc in town that isn't vegan)

thanks guys!

23andme is great, if you're not in NY.  NYS has idiotic laws and even after the FDA whacked 23andMe for interpreting genetic results, NYS hasn't lifted the ban on 23andMe.  Instead, if you're in NY, you should use Ancestry.com, unless you want to go drive out of state to mail it.

Once you get back your results, run it through Promethease.  You could also use https://geneticgenie.org/ but it only provides interpretation about MTHFR and other detox pathways.

awesome, thanks for the company name, someone mentioned third party but didn't give company name. so if it's only against NY... then how come they can't do any test results for anyone and we have to go third party? that makes no sense lol

23andme is probably still the best testing site.  you still get their manual, but you have to look up your ranges.
