I'm glad you commented, I've been debating getting it for a while... perhaps it will help with studying neuroanatomy ..... I'd like to know the outcomes of long-term usage. From my current understanding, we won't naturally produce or consume Magnesium L-threonate. If you have more information on that, please share. :)

Monte, did you use other forms of mag before trying this? Are your pros in comparison to that, or just in comparison to not taking any mag? Thanks

Been using Neuromag (Magnesium L-threonate) for a while now.

Pro:

  1. Better Sleep.

  2. Clearer thinking.

  3. Less anxiety.

Con:

  1. Price.

  2. Same digestive issues that I get with all other oral magnesium, despite their claim otherwise.

All in all I'm happy with it. I couple this supplement with weekly Epsom salt baths since Magnesium L-threonate doesn't appear to raise blood levels of magnesium significantly.
