Been using Neuromag (Magnesium L-threonate) for a while now.
Same digestive issues that I get with all other oral magnesium, despite their claim otherwise.
All in all I'm happy with it. I couple this supplement with weekly Epsom salt baths since Magnesium L-threonate doesn't appear to raise blood levels of magnesium significantly.
