For some while know my left knee has this abnormality:

When i fully extend my left leg, i hear some popping in my knee, and i believe it is my patella tendon rubbing somewhere over, or , other said, it must be something like a patella tracking disfunction..

Any good tips to improve tracking and to solve this problem?

(By the way, that popping doesnt hurt, no)

Uh, glucosamine/chondroitin and a ton of other beneficial substances can be found in bone broth. Those two are just the isolated ones that companies have tested. It's far cheaper and more beneficial to eat the whole food - bones in a crockpot with salt and a few tablespoons of vinegar are several orders of magnitude cheaper than the isolated versions.

It is not your petellar tendon. It's called cavitation and it is not a problem, nor are there treatments to reverse.

Yoga. Daily. Don't go too intense in the beginning, but some light work even just 15-20 minutes per day is life changing. Specifically:

Utkatasana- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVtqIgpeoyU (Kino is amazing!)

Vrksasana- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdln9qWYloU

Then try a few of these to see what works- http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/yoga-and-health/yoga-for-knees.asp

Plenty of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, SAMe, and Curcumin.
