Dexter and Stacy Cummings helped me tremendously today. And I will be forever thankful. Tell us about who makes your paleo life easier daily.

And why!

This is like life.......there is good info if you search through the rubble for that treasure.......those who think usually find because action always follows reflection.

Q, I'm thankful for your recommendation of World Market's 99% chocolate. Once every few months I used to splurge on Lindt 90%, but this stuff is way beyond that. And has even less sugar. A small thing, maybe, but I appreciate you for it every time I have a piece.

My blog is going to be focused on longevity as dex knows......I believe there are common threads in our biology that allow for longevity......and I am going to explore it. It's a large project but nothing worth the effort is easy in my estimation

I come to this blog every morning and feel like I'm at a Tribal Council. I appreciate it when people disclose their age as I've just turned 69 and feel at least a decade younger since I have been eating HF Moderate Carb ala Archevore tempered by Perfect Health diet. Good to know that it is not all the young that are trying this way of life although I am very happy for them. Thanks to you and others that are rocking chair age, but off our rockers.

Hope Stacy had the good sense to jerk you around at least a little and make some $ off of you. That ticket should have been worth at least a couple hundred extra just to smack you in the head for not knowing about the symposium until two days ago. LOL. Glad that worked out for you. You do need to be there.

For the record....dex found Stacy and Stacy sold me her ancestoral health symposium ticket. So I will be invading UCLA in early august......being the voice inside the head that you don't want to hear.

I was thrashing around the blogs doing my own experiments without any direction. Reading WholeHealthSource and the Heart Scan blog and their listing of blogs they follow lead me to more and more until I was full up with High Fat blogs.

And slowly but surely, I began to feel incredibly well by just flat out zero carb. And then I added some resistance exercises and over did it...backed off and gained some additional strength.

My wife and I are pretty much isolated in a sea of obese people that live in our community. Being 68 and 64, my wife and I just want to live out our remaining years in the best possible health possible...not slumped over in a wheelchair in a nursing home.

PaleoHacks provides a community of like minded folks at many levels in their journey down the road of paleo. The folks here are the best...opinionated but many well informed. PaleoHacks does assist me daily to know that I am on the right track to optimal health.

Almost everybody up here helps me. You help me a lot. Patrik has created the finest diet board on the Internet in my opinion and, believe me, I have a long history of this stuff. So I would have to mention his name.

This is a good "question", albeit asked on Friday night when there's not lots of activity up here. I hope a lot of other people respond.

I appreciate knowledge sharing. That should be norm, not an exception. I would also appreciate more free knowledge. Open source applications, pay what you want etc...
