So, for the way i like to eat Paleo has bee the perfect way of eating. Although, i have since had some brownish urine and now have kidney stones (i think). i am sitting here writtinng this with lower back pain.

Since i have been eating Paleo it has been extremely unblalnced. i have eaten mainly protein. i havent been that thirsty so i havent had much to drink. i also am losing weight pretty fast.

i am now making myself drink tons of water to hopefully make my lower back pain cease and have added more vegetables and fruit to the mix.

has anyone else had this experience?

This isn't Serious Medical Problems Hacks, it's Paleo Hacks, get thee to a doctor if you've got issues like this. (Mods used to close serious medical issues like these back in the day, wish they still did.)

It is a mistake to think that diseases must present with certain symptoms. For every classic presentation, there is a presentation that is idiosyncratic. If you wait until there's vomitting and fever, it might be too late. You have pain and changes in urine colour, and weight loss (even if that is planned/hoped for) that's enough, go to the doctor.

I thought I would be ok though since I have not been vomiting or had a fever or anything of the like.

Go to the doctor. Seriously. There is a whole host of things that can cause that; infection, cancer, kidney failure. No one else's experience will help with that.
