I've been low-carb for years, on and off, but recently went High Fat Low Carb paleo, eating mostly meat, vegetables, eggs, bone broth, coconut oil, etc. By reducing protein and raising fat I went into nutritional ketosis, only about a week into it. My osteoarthritis is much worse. Has anyone else experienced this and if so is this transitory?
