So I am trying low carb for the third time, and the induction hasn't been too bad, just some thirst and headaches, but also very loud digestion. I am not sure why, but all three times I have done low carb, my digestion gets WAY loud in comparison to when I eat a lot of carbs. Does anyone have an explanation for this?
Also, how do you guys feel about gum in between meals? I know it isn't paleo, but I tend to eat when I am bored, and gum keeps me from doing that most often. Is there maybe a certain type I should get, or a limit on how much gum I chew?
