Has this happened to you?
I'm trying to kickstart ketosis again after a few weeks of eating a moderate carb diet. Just like last time I did this, I am in a remarkably good mood. I am extremely sleepy, with a craving to go to bed. Around 7 tonight, I was about to climb into bed, but at the last minute I decided to go for a walk outside. This is not normal for me; I usually have to push myself to go for a walk, and usually only for like 30 mins at a time.
For some reason, I couldn't seem to quit walking and went for 2 hours straight, and only went back inside bc some mysterious rattling noises in the dark spooked me.
As soon as I sat down, my fatigue returned and I began yawning again. I get why I'm sleepy as my body uses up leftover glycogen, but why the sudden urge to take a long walk (for me)? Is there a way I can feel this way without having to switch between glucose and ketones all the time?
And why no urge to clean the kitchen? Seriously, I need to clean the kitchen.
