Ketosis question

On my two latest blood tests I have had 5mg/dl of Ketones in my urine. My older blood tests before going Paleo were always at zero... Does this mean I am in Ketosis, close to Ketosis, or...?

There was another recent thread about ketosis but I did not want to hijack it with a differently angled question.

Then it should mean you are in ketosis.

It may mean that. It is sometimes measured at blood draws or urine sampling, because if you aren't eating low levels of carbohydrates, it can give a false positive indicating dehydration.

If you are eating fairly low carb, I wouldn't worry about it, but in either case, it might be worth thinking about your hydration level.
