how would you finish a coconut oil "fast"?

that is, simply, the question. I mean, it is true that digest sistem isnt at all in a rest mode during these days, but wont you think that reintroduce food to an usual keto-paleo meal would be kind of heavy? What would you/have you done?


P. S. Save your non fasting sermons, please. In this moment I have little less options from today to the months end. And excuse my orthopedic-spanish dumb english!

Depends on how long the fast is for and what kind of fast it is. Short time periods of a few days, not a big deal. Go into the week+ range and you want to eat small amounts, start with soups every few hours as needed and build up to more and more solid foods. Don't go into full meals at the get go or you'll probably regret it.

A large steak with some bacon, mixed greens and some sweet potato sounds good to me. Skip the sweet potato if you want to stay in ketosis, or just cut down the portion.

Unless you're fasting for a very long time, there's no reason to do anything special.
