that is, simply, the question. I mean, it is true that digest sistem isnt at all in a rest mode during these days, but wont you think that reintroduce food to an usual keto-paleo meal would be kind of heavy? What would you/have you done?

A large steak with some bacon, mixed greens and some sweet potato sounds good to me. Skip the sweet potato if you want to stay in ketosis, or just cut down the portion.
Unless you're fasting for a very long time, there's no reason to do anything special.
