how can i make ketosis

can someone explain how i can start to get into ketosis? thanks a lot.

I have been in ketosys for 2 1/2 years now, probably averaging 20 - 50g of carbohydrates each day. I feel better and have more energy than ever before.

Ketosis can be beneficial for weight loss and for certain neurological disorders, among other things. It is probably good to be in ketosis occasionally for optimal health, but not all the time.

Do not eat carbohydrates for 4-5 days. Symptoms of ketosis will include (initially) increased urination, stronger breath, and a change in energy levels. After a few days the urination frequency and energy levels will stabilize. There are test strips that will tell you with certainty if you are in ketosis.
