Exercise during ketosis

I am trying to do some research on various types of exercise (HIIT, power-lifting, hypertrophy oriented, endurance, plyometric, etc) while in ketosis.

I am currently doing zero carb to drop a few body fat percentage points quickly. I have been about two days so far and haven't felt a drop in energy levels at all, but based on my past fasting experiences, I seem to be fairly keto-adapted (if I understand the meaning correctly) already and have been working my desk job with no exercise besides lots of walking.

Basically, I want to know any considerations to have in mind as I exercise in these various forms and also which specific types of exercise will best allow me to capitalize on the ketosis in terms of body fat loss.

Can someone point me in the right direction(s)?

On a side note, if anyone knows the best form of excerise to "kick-start" ketosis, that would be helpful too.

well the books are E-books, but there is a forum that is free... A little skillful googling and you will find the e-books downloadable elsewhere! (think filetype:.pdf)

I have been reading up (thanks for the homework) and he gives a lot of info in his articles and often alludes to the specific info that I am seeking but looks like I need to buy a book (or two, or three)... not that I mind, just wanted to point that out. And this does present a problem for me in the fact that I would have to wait to get the book...

The only thing I have eaten for two days is muscle meat (with fat and fibrous tissue when possible), offal, cheese, and coconut oil... I plan to carry on this way for the remainder of the week... although I am stopping cheese after today. Oh I had some espresso with a splash of half and half and diet coke to get me through my last day of sleep deprived work. Now I plan to just do animal products (minus the dairy).

I recommend spending a few hours here:

Lyle McDonald is a foremost expert on the subject, and there's plenty of information to be found in the forums section so you don't have to spring for his pricy e-books.

this is a must read

http://perfecthealthdiet.com/?p=2479

So we have three ways to make the diet ketogenic:

1) ...eating a lot of fat, very few carbs, and not too much protein.

2) Supplement with the ketogenic amino acids lysine and leucine.

3) Supplement with coconut oil or another source of short-chain fats.

as for exercise I find that fasted low-moderate cardio will help kick in the fat burning better too.
