Hello there, i'd like some advise on my current eating, i eat mostly low carb, (mon-thurs) usually only about 30-50g per day and all non-starchy veggies, but on the weekends I freely eat sweet potatoes, and some pineapple & mangoes, it works out to about 100-150g carbs on each day of the weekend (fri-sun), I also go for long walks with some sprints thrown in so i'm not just sitting around, i should be burning some of that glucose pretty fast.
I'm just wondering if all of this is wise, I like being fat adapted most of the time due to having some (possibly) insulin related problem going on, I get SUPER sweet taste/saliva in my mouth if I eat too much sugar but docs say i'm not diabetic & they don't know what it is, i know 100% if i cut out carbs i don't get the sweet saliva, so the sweet pots & fruits are real treat.
Any advice much appreciated
