Can someone post their typical Ketogenic daily menu. I am looking for a menu that is mostly fat low protein and very low carbs. e.g. 85% fat, 12% Protein, and 3% carbs. Its the protein part that I have trouble with -- I tend to eat too much protein

my staples are as follows:
raw egg yolks (4 a day at breakfast)
full fat coconut milk
heavy cream/double devon cream/clotted cream
butter/ghee
triple cream brie/fatty cheese
cultured full fat sour cream
avocados/guacamole
olives/tapenades
olive oil
coconut oil
red palm oil
tallow
coconut meat (fresh)
pork belly skin and bacon
beef marrow
dark leafy greens and low carb veggies
unsweetened cocoa powder/baking chocolate
canned cod liver
sardines/mackerel
a couple Brazil nuts per day
home soaked and roasted macadamias once in a while
liver/fat pates and rillettes if I have money

I only eat 2oz meat, about 15g protein, per meal to restrict. I don't bother much with lean meat. carbs come from veggies mostly.

I am afraid the only true way to fix this is with a kitchen scale. Three to four ounces (if it is fatty four, if it is lean, three) is about what you need per meal. You've got to make up the rest of the calories with fat.
