Its been 3 weeks that I've been eating a ketogenic diet. I'm under 30 gs of carbs, not being excessive in protein (100g a day at most. I'm quite active). I've been eating 3x a day with a long fasting period between dinner and breakie (14 hours) Eating like 70% fat. My cal count is under what I supposedly burn in a day. Eating around 2000 when I burn about 2400. NO results on the scale at all! I've got crap for breath. I feel like I am in ketosis. What the hell am I doing wrong?

Maybe you think you are eating 2000 calories when in fact you are doing more. I found that Intermittent fasting is more successful for me than Keto. I eat a few sweet potatoes during a week but otherwise no starches or grains.
