I know ketogenic diets are supposed to be good for some neurological diseases. Has anyone tried it for nocturnal bruxism? The cause isn't fully understood and I'm considering giving it a shot. There's a lot of neurological diseases which have nocturnal bruxism as a side effect but which could be subclinical at this point. Epilepsy runs in my family for example.

A ketogenic diet may help with bruxism by returning the microbiome to a better state of bacterial content. vitamin D levels should alkso be checked. i have found bruxism to be caused by a D deficiency. you may also want to be screened for sleep apnea.
