I'm looking to work with a nutrition coach who can help me with a ketogenic diet. I've been following all the recommendations (low carb, moderate protein, high fat, measuring with blood ketone levels), but can't seem to reach optimal ketosis.
There is a lot of fluctuation in my ketone levels - sometimes as low as 0.4 and some times in the 1.0 to 2.0 range. I'd like help in reaching the optimal level.
If you can recommend somebody, please let me know.
