Fat Loss, Hormone Balance, Keto and less training?

Hi There!

I've been Paleo for about 3-4 years now, and I love it. I am Celiac and dairy intolerant, so it made sense for me. I am also First Nations, so I believe even further that the body isn't meant to digest grains and dairy.

Here is my issue....my hormones are out of whack! I am a 26-y/o female with 0 circulating test. My boobs (which are fibrocystic) are swollen and tender, and I am le puffy all over. I used to compete in fitness and now find it hard to build any type of muscle despite targeted training.

My Doctor is less than helpful and not that proactive about testing my pituitary gland etc, despite a history of Amenorrhea and of course this fibrocystic issue (which I have had diagnosed for years but never caused pain or problems until January).

I have tried progesterone cream without benefit, and have had limited response to DIM and IC3. What I am looking for is a response via diet and targeted exercise. IF ANYONE has had similar issue and found ANY remedy I would love to hear it.
