where are the kelp noodles?

I went to Whole Foods today in search of kelp noodles. I looked all around the section which had kelp and dulse flakes and seaweed snacks and couldn't find anything resembling the clear thin spaghetti-like noodles I see in pictures online. My question is two-fold. Where should I have been looking? And what the heck do I do with the Maine Coast Sea Vegetables I wound up bringing home?

Well I thought I had found them. But when I got home to look for recipes, I realized kelp noodles are supposed to look like actual noodles, not pieces of seaweed...

I don't know about Whole Foods specifically, but at my local grocery store they're in the refrigerated section with the "health foods" like Tofurkey and soy cheese. (No, I have not actually eaten them.)

The kelp noodles at my WF are stored on the shelves right below the hanging seaweeds like nori and all the Maine Coast stuff. They are in a little light green pouch and come fully hydrated (unlike the hanging seaweeds above).

I hope you find them.
