i have kefir first thing in the morning then i want to train after that, how long should i wait before i train?
i have digestion issues and am drinking kefir to reinnoculate my gut with probiotics but i dont want to train to early and mess up the digestion process.. thank you

I agree 2 hours is usually the recommended waiting time. It also may be helpful to do a less stressful exercise such as Pilates. Pilates can actually help your digestive system. On the other hand something like running might be harmful as it messes with your colon.

Why not work out first and then consume the kefir sometime after your workout? But if you're going to stick to eating before you train, I guess I would say a good two hours would be plenty. I usually wait 12-18 hours after I eat before I work out.
