So, I just received my SpectraCell results, showing functional deficiencies for carnitine, co-enzyme Q10, oleic acid and vitamin K2. Are all just below their borderline values. I'm slightly weirded out by this, as I consume red meat, olive oil and sauerkraut/K2 supplement as part of the Perfect Health Diet (paleo+). Additional info: 25 male, have been paleo / PhD since december 2012. Was raised a low-fat vegetarian. Hard time gaining weight. Unexplained fatigue. Stress-management issues.
