Juicing versus Blending

If you were to choose EITHER juicing or blending, which would it be and why?

I think there are benefits to both, and my kids love smoothies as well as "veggie" juices. I want to invest in a commercial grade juicer and blender (the ones I have now are a few uses away from the garbage can) but I can only afford to get one of the two at the moment.

EDIT: The links to products were not added by me....not sure what happenend there.

I have to agree with both of the above. especially if you have kids, blending smoothies is a great way to get them additional nutrients on days when they may not eat enough at breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Yea totally agree: juicing you loose all the dietary fibre which is important for satiety and digestive function. Juicing is great for getting high doses of the micronutrients but if I had to choose 1 or the other it'd definitely be blending

Smoothies. You eat the whole thing. And a zillion times easier to clean. I use my blender every single day for years of delicious smoothies.
