I am an avid weightlifter(have yet to get into the olympic-style but have been powerlifting for some time). My question is how to BUILD the ligaments/cartilage at the joints other than through weight-training(all varieties). I have contemplated taking rHGH(human growth hormone) as a means but am wavering on this proposed course of action. I would like to build "super joints". ANy nutritional recommendations/supplements(underground or otherwise)? Advice would be appreciated. On a related note: I have heard that synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroids contribute to the development of cartilaginous material(eg. adam's apple, vocal cords). I am also attempting to make my voice deeper---can this be accomplished through prudent usage of sythetic anabolic-androgenic steroids? Advice if possible.
