Hack Low Carb Down Under

This question is more for PaleoHackers in the States, but I suppose anyone could chime in. Hot off the presses! Jimmy Moore has just announced that he has been invited by Dr. Rod Tayler and Jamie Hayes to participate in a speaking tour in Australia - "Low Carb Down Under", as the event is being called. Full info can be found here -

My question is simple: We can probably all agree that Jimmy is a major mover/shaker in the world of low carb/paleo. Maybe THE major mover/shaker... Some have gone as far as calling him our resident "king maker", and perusing his podcast page it's not hard to see why. But is he the best choice to represent the face of US paleo to Australian audiences? And if he isn't, who is?

@Paleo troll, commenting on your own questions through different accounts is quite funny :)

looks like all the emphasis is on low-carb (rather than paleo), so may be he could be viewed as 'the low-carb face of US'. & as we know, paleo does not have to be low-carb

Because he'll be the face of US paleo to a lot of people in Australia. Is he really the best representative of this movement?

Given that he's speaking about low-carb at an event called “Low Carb Down Under”, not sure why the question.

Mark Sisson or Robb Wolf. Jimmy isn't even paleo.

We have quite a few Paleo people of our own here in Australia (and neighbouring NZ). Paleo is getting very popular here, so it's great whenever we have people coming out - whoever they are.

He won't be "the face of US Paleo in Australia". Paleo is already big enough over here for people to know who's who.

We had Nora Gedgaudas last year and we have plans for early next year too!
