So I know that, if conventional meats must be consumed, you should go for the least fatty cut as possible. I just got a dehydrator and want to make my own jerky. The only problem is that jerky is best with very lean meat and my grassfed beef is all fatty (as it should be).
How bad would 99% fat free ground turkey be? Talking the Jennie-O stuff or whatever. Thanks!
