Juice Plus Complete, is this Paleo? Also is this a beneficial addition to a daily diet?

Just curious if this is a good option? I tried it (juice plus complete dutch chocolate) and absolutely loved it. Just not sure how beneficial it is.

Fructooligosaccharide is a type of fermentable fiber, meant to feed colon bacteria.

I concur with CD:  it's not Paleo, because it's not a whole food.  I'm also suspicious that such a highly processed food can retain all the co-factors required for assimilation.

Ingredients below.  Nothing really stands out as particularly bad (although I have no idea what fructooligosaccharides are).

To answer your question, No it's probably not "Paleo",

Is it beneficial?  Well I can't say beneficial, because it doesn't fill a void that could be easily replacedd in a whole foods diet.  Plus, it's not a meal replacement, so it's just additional consumption, at 150 calories and 10g sugar..  However, it's probably not harmful --  on a scale of Paleo to SAD, it's probably not the worst thing you could consume.
