There is a lot of information about iodine and it is very confusion. I know you need about 100-150 micrograms a day but I can't seem to find any information on dried seaweed. I purchased some Wel-Pac - Fueru Wakame and figured one tablepoon of it as close as I can tell hits that mark, but I am not sure. I don't drink milk or eat yogurt and not much fish (except tuna) and I prefer to use Himalayan salt not the usual Morton Iodized salt. Can someone give some good guidance here.
