I???ve bought some chicory powder for the inulin.I thought it would work out cheaper than buying isolated inulin as a prebiotic and I imagine is healthier too, being more natural. But I don???t know what a good dose is. After looking around online it would seem that a rather hefty 50g/d of chicory powder is about it. Am I right?
