Introducing myself

Hi, I'm Ann Marie...I started living the Paleo lifestyle Jan 1, 2014...I feel great! I found it through a friend who I watched go from a size 16 to a size 6 in 6 months...hmmm I didn't realize there were so many sixes before I typed that....oh well so much for superstition! So my goal is to get back into great shape! I let myself go and got super depressed over it! Now I have taken action and I am determined to stick with Paleo for life! I have cooked so many new recipes and tried new things since the change...and I am so excited to start meeting more people who are Paleo enthusiast! Happy Hunting and Gathering!

Like @joanna 4, I highly recommend Chowstalker for recipe inspiration. They've got everything from soup to nuts! I can't wait to hear how your journey goes. If your goal is weight loss, I would try to minimize the amount of nuts that you eat, and don't go overboard on the fruit (you'll see results faster that way).

Remember to eat intuitively! Eat when you're hungry and stop when you're satisfied!

hey ann marie! you seem so excited about paleo and that's great. makes following it so much easier. i love trying new recipes, too. have you been on chowstalker??? they post new paleo recipes all the time. definitely share some of the things you've enjoyed.
