Since I've been paleo [too long to remember] I've been eating a breakfast usually comprising of eggs, mea...you get the picture...every day unless I'Fing.
This will keep me going until lunchtime, often longer.
Recently however, if I have a breakfast I'll get hunger pangs around the 10am mark [I eat at 6am], but if I don't have it, I'm fine until midday.
I'm so far fine with the not eating a breakfast, but I'm just wondering if there's an explainable cause for this. Just seems completely contradictory to what you'd excpect.
