Im thinking of doing it, but remain constantly fasted during 20 hour of underfed state. So what do you think?

Mike- Basically, flexible dieting or IIFYM. End of the day, calories in vs out. You just go with the path that works for you.

IF is not a 1 size fits all diet. Plus, I know 20yr olds at my gym that eat KFC & MC donalds for lunc/dinner & still have 6pack.

From my experience fasting > under-eating. The under-eating phase makes me hungrier & spend the following few hours anticipating my next snack. Look up Renegade Diet for a slight variation.

Hey Mike,

The Warrior Diet is excellent. I have followed it in the past and gotten great results. The only aspect of it that I was not convinced of was Ori's workout/training protocol, aside from that, its a great lifestyle to live.

Intermittent Fasting mos def works better than almost any approach ! Trust me give it a shot , jus make sure your gettin sufficient calories . Many start doing I.F. dont eat adaquete calories and then say I.F. doesnt work . Theirs people getting results on I.F. even on junk food !
