So, I've realized that fasting isn't that hard on Paleo. Despite being at work (eating breakfast is not only to eat, but to take a break from working as well) I really don't get as hungry as I used to in the mornings. So, with that being said, I'm trying to extend my nightly fast up until lunch time. (around 18 hours from my dinners).
Only thing is, I'm used to taking my multi-vitamins and fish oils with breakfast, and now if I'm not having an early morning breakfast, when should I take my vitamins to help me out for the day? I can't take them without eating, the nausea is horrible if I do.

Take them when you eat, especially since you say they make you nauseous if you don't. Whether this is at 8am or 1pm it shouldn't matter.
You say, "...help me out for the day" which I don't quite get. This phrase is typical for energy concerns - to justify a snack or caffeine intake. Putting off several supplements for a couple hours, however, shouldn't really make you feel any different.
