Super Tired Recently

Male, 6"1, 180lbs, 9% BF, 100% Lowish carb paleo.

I have always had a problem with falling asleep. The last couple days I have noticed that I feel REALLY sleepy a god couple of hours earlier in the night, even though I have been sleeping longer.

Some things I have changed recently;

I have been doing 16 hour fasts from 8pm-noon for a couple weeks and probably about the same time as I started getting sleepy, I have been doing closer to 18hours.

I have just been able to weight bare on my leg in the last week so I have been slightly more active each day, mind you my "strenuous activity" only in the last couple days has been a 20-30minute walk at a SNAILS pace, as my foot still hurts.

I realize the obvious answer is that I added avg 2 hours to my fasting per day and increase overall activity. If anyone thinks this or something completely different could be the case, I am all ears.

I am more productive in the morning when Im Fasting when I am not tired. I only become tired later in the day but earlier than usual.

There are a lot of different way to do HIIT. Assuming you can't do HIIT on an elliptical, swimming or a bike because of your crutches situation you can still undoubtedly follow Doug Mcguff's HIT protocol as outlined in Body by science, it's practically designed for elderly, and those prone to injury/those with an existing injury. I feel like you say you're 10* more productive but then you just said you've been super tired lately and nutritive lay I feel like those two situations don't typically coexist. Make excuses all you want , every one of those recommendations stands.

I do IF because it's a much simpler way of eating and setting up my day. I am 10x more productive in the morning when I'm not worrying about food. I low carb because I literally just got rid of crutches and a walking boot last week so I'm still more sedentary than than the average obese american. I can't do HIIT for the exact same reason.

6'1", 180 lbs, super thin and you're doing low carb Intermittent Fasting why exactly?

Add carbs , calories and HIIT and don't do IF unless you're trying to cut.
