Male, 6"1, 180lbs, 9% BF, 100% Lowish carb paleo.
I have always had a problem with falling asleep. The last couple days I have noticed that I feel REALLY sleepy a god couple of hours earlier in the night, even though I have been sleeping longer.
Some things I have changed recently;
I have been doing 16 hour fasts from 8pm-noon for a couple weeks and probably about the same time as I started getting sleepy, I have been doing closer to 18hours.
I have just been able to weight bare on my leg in the last week so I have been slightly more active each day, mind you my "strenuous activity" only in the last couple days has been a 20-30minute walk at a SNAILS pace, as my foot still hurts.
I realize the obvious answer is that I added avg 2 hours to my fasting per day and increase overall activity. If anyone thinks this or something completely different could be the case, I am all ears.
