When I try to IF, I end up eating all the calories I would eat within one day anyway in the allotted amount of hours; so much that it feels like my stomach is stretching because I feel like I stuff myself so much. I can't seem to help it though! Even though my stomach is full of food I still feel hungry for more food. It's so annoying! Will this stretch my stomach and just make me keep eating more and more??? I'm a female, 21 years old

Yup, switch some of the carbs/proteins for more fats. Things like coconut oil, avocado, grassfed butter, red palm oil, bacon, ribs, etc.

you are suppose to eat the same amount of calories. if you feel your stomache is too filled, try swapping out some food that is less calorically dense for others that are more; just be sure to hit your nutrition goals for the day.
