Odd IF windows.

Anyone played around with odd IF windows. Usually, people eat relatively close to bedtime and then don't eat until noon or afterward. I was wondering if anyone had more success eating early and simply stopping at 5pm or so?

I would probably comply with this better, as I am usually quite busy at night and it is easier for me to eat during the daytime. I realize when it comes down to it, it is a personal preference, but would it affect the benefits at all changing the window (as someone with a normal sleeping pattern)?

I train with weights early in the day, and have to do cardio at night, after which I am usually not hungry and running out the door to get to work/events.

No, not gigantic. Just regular sized. And generally they're meat and veggies, raw or cooked. If I were hungry after eggs, I'd add meat or fat or just eat more eggs.

Are your meals gigantic? Or am I just bored. Have you found certain food sate you better? Eggs tend to make me hungry, for example.

And I usually have to eat something, at least a snack, close to bedtime, even if I really don't want to. If I'm hungry, it takes me forever to get to sleep. I think the answer would range greatly from person to person--try it out yourself!

Largely because I wake up feeling my best when I go to bed pretty much empty. Eating within several hours of bedtime makes me wake up feeling sluggish.

I often eat breakfast at 8 or 9am and nothing until the next day at the same time.

I don't set specific IF times, rather, I just go with whether I am hungry or not. On Tuesday I ate at noon, and then just wasn't hungry until the afternoon on Wednesday. Sometimes I eat right when I get up, most times I don't. I find this easier than planning a time not to eat, which makes me feel like I can't eat, which makes me feel like I must eat. Just go with what your body feels it wants to do, and don't worry about what people are usually doing.
