While this article does not say to give up grains, it seems to head in the right direction, especially regarding IF.

All very paleo sentiments from the article. I wouldn't say it's promoting paleo specifically, as they clearly know about it (references to paleo eating and to paleo people, e.g. Mark Sisson) and do not come out and declare it the end of dieting; however, IF is a big part of a paleo existence for a lot of people, and the author definitely shows a positive bias towards paleo thinking. I love the first line above: "Emphasis on Paleo foods is very healthy." It's a pretty mainstream health organization to put that message out.
