Let me start off by saying I have read lots of older posts on this. Ok, so I have been trying IF as best as possible for the last few (3 or so) weeks. I am trying to lose the dreaded last 5. I have been Paleo pretty steady for about 6 months with off and on periods of slips for the past year and a half. Approx 50 lbs of weight change, 210ish down to 170 currently. My fast usually begins around 7-8 at night and I go to somewhere between 11-12ish the next day, depending on whats the day looks like and which job I am at. 1 of every 3 days I train fasted with a BCAA right before, this is a heavy weight workout. I just recently started training in the morning on somedays to train fasted then too, I do some light calistitics/gymnastics movements. I crossfit a few afternoons a week. 4-5 probably. I write most of my own WOD's and stay away from long metcon's stay 15 minutes or less. My eating habits are as follows. With the exception of coffee in the morning I try to break fast with the most caloricly dense meal as suggested by leangains. Now this isn't always the case. Point is I am eating pretty strict paleo/primal with little to no cheats. I rarely get 8 hours of sleep (usually 6-7) due to having a 2 year old and 2 jobs. Also I seem to be having more mood swings with the IF regimine. Stress management seems worse. With out detailing meals because I rarely eat the same thing I would say I get anywhere from 1500-2500 give of take, cals a day. (This is a complete estimate due to the fact I use bacon grease and coconut oil to cook with sometimes and I take 3 tablespoons of high quality fish oil daily. So, does any one have any advice to any of my issues? It would be greatly appreceated.

Congrats on the 50lbs, that's great going!
I think you need to think carefully about your stress management. Elevated cortisol can really keep those last 5 pounds on the tummy right there.
You're working 2 jobs and have a youngster, that's a handful right there. Add to that not quite enough sleep (it could be worse) but someone doing the type of activity you are would benefit from 8-9hours.
IF, like exercise, is also a stressor to the body. So you need to be careful when you use IF you're not overloading yourself with too many stresses. Us humans seem to do best with short acute stress, not chronic stress. Personally if I was in your boots I would probably ditch the daily IF, and maybe only do 1-2x a week, or only on those days when you lift heavy, for example.
Given the lack of sleep situation you may consider doing Crossfit twice a week rather than three+, though I think you're on the right track keeping your metcons down to around 15min.
Finally a note ketosis, it doesn't seem to work for everyone but it works killer for me. The fat melts of me when I'm in ketosis, if you haven't experimented with it, it is definitely worth trying.

I would go wth 1 tbsp fish oil. You are doing a lot of things great. You may need to go VLC to get the last 5 lbs...

I'm sure you'll get lots of good answers! My 2 cents is that you should do what works most comfortably for you. IF is more for comfort and health in your lifestyle than weight loss.
If you have too much on your plate right now, IF should be expendable. I do it to help control my appetite but I am a long-time obese compulsive/addictive eater. If you really want to continue, then do that; if it's causing you stress, you may NOT be strong in your desire to keep going and you don't have to.
