Intermittent fasting PWO nutrition. Second my BS?

Okay so I just recently decided to implement IF. I work second shift and workout in the morning. I fast after my dinner break at work at 6pm, go to bed at midnight, and work out after a cup of coffee. Normally about 14-15 hours, i try to push it back to make a solid 16 hour window. Im trying to bulk and im a bit ovsessive so i was rethinking pwo nutrition. Yesterday i had pumpkin pancakes, sweet potato hashies, and canadian bacon after i got home from the gym. I felt really great.

I guess ill finally ask a real question.... Is eating my normal, very large, delicious, fatty breakfast harmful to my pwo nutrition? Should i add or subtract something? Breakfast has always been my biggest meal, whether i work out or not.

Typically post work out should be heavy carbs and protein, not necessarily fat. The meal sounds good, but you might want to add in some other high-protein meat along with the bacon.

Definitely keep the pumpkin and sweet potatoes...I always love sweet potatoes in my PWO meal.
