FACT: For IF, consume all calories calories between 12-8PM.
FACT: For supreme health, drink apple cider vinegar (ACV), diluted, in the mornings.
QUESTION: Upon waking up (5-7AM) the morning routine begins and coffee is made. Paleo guy looking for best results drinks coffee with coconut oil, butter, cream, and cinnamon throughout the morning. Would the ideal time for ACV fall before coffee, after coffee during the morning, or as the first intake to break the fast?
I currently have been drinking the diluted ACV about 2 hours before ending my fast at noon. I'm just wondering if the calories/carbohydrates in ACV is offsetting the benefits of the fast, despite the label saying 0 calories and 0 carbohydrates.
Any and all insight is very welcome!

I think acv has way less calories than your coffee breakfast so i doubt it matters when you take it. Seems weird to call it fasting if you have all this before your scheduled eating time. I take my daily acv before a meal so if the coffee breakfast is your first, take it before that. Its supposed to aid digestion.
